About This Stop
Catholic Charities Southwestern Ohio looks forward to welcoming you to this interactive, transformative experience, to be held at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center! Open since 2004, the Freedom Center is located just a few steps from the banks of the Ohio River, the great natural barrier that separated the slave states of the South from the free states of the North. The Freedom Center calls itself the preeminent cultural learning center for inclusive freedom, and it is pleased to play host to People of Hope: Faith-Filled Stories of Neighbors Helping Neighbors.
