Catholic Charities USA and Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington are pleased to welcome you to People of Hope: Faith-Filled Stories of Neighbors Helping Neighbors in Washington, D.C.
This one-of-a-kind, traveling museum will be open May 20 to 22 on 3rd St. SW, across from the Capitol Reflecting Pool (eastern end of the National Mall), pending final permit approval.
Inside the retrofitted semi-tractor trailer, visitors will experience powerful first-person stories from Catholic Charities staff and volunteers across the country, along with interactive exhibits that explore poverty, community and service.
On Friday, Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington will be on-site to connect visitors with local programs, services and opportunities to get involved in the D.C. community.
This free experience is open to all. We invite you to visit, reflect and be inspired to take action in your own community.
