Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Arlington is excited to welcome the People of Hope Museum: Faith-Filled Stories of Neighbors Helping Neighbors as part of the Diocese of Arlington’s Family Festival celebrating faith, freedom, and community.
Set against the scenic backdrop of the Shenandoah Valley, with rolling farmland and views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Berryville provides a beautiful setting for this inspiring day of fellowship, service, and celebration.
Visitors are invited to step inside the People of Hope Museum for an immersive experience featuring powerful stories of compassion, resilience, and the life-changing impact of neighbors helping neighbors.
Festival Highlights Include:
3:45 p.m. – Vigil Sunday Mass celebrated by Bishop Michael Burbidge
5:00 p.m. – Live entertainment featuring:
• Latin singer-songwriter Jon Carlo
• Celtic band Scythian
• Multicultural dance performances
Complimentary food and drinks (while supplies last):
• Hot dogs
• Chicken tacos
• Empanadas (beef, chicken, or vegetarian)
Guests are also welcome to bring their own picnic fare.
Additional family-friendly activities include:
• Free amusements and rides for children
• Beer, wine, and Kona Ice available for purchase
• A top-tier fireworks display to close out the celebration
