Located in downtown Wheeling, the Catholic Charities West Virginia administrative office serves as the headquarters for the state’s largest private provider of social services, coordinating programs that assist individuals and families in all 55 West Virginia counties. The building is situated in Wheeling’s historic business district, within walking distance of several civic, cultural, and religious landmarks, reflecting the agency’s longstanding connection to the community and its mission of serving those in need.
